directcam clients losing all bandwith

I have had problems with this for a very long time. Now have a brand new computer and a new webcam, and although it doesn't seem so bad, I am still getting 'lost connection with server'. Also had someone purchase one of my special offers and as soon as I tried to connect to his cam JCI shut down, luckily he managed to get back in on the special offer. So I think it is a problem with direct cam. People come into my room and get kicked out straight away, yesterday I had some poor bloke try at least half a dozen times trying to connect, it must be a pain for them too. Not all of our connections can be at fault surely. It is happening to so many cammers.
