Such a detailed account, in my opinion, should be directed towards the appropriate authorities. Most of the members on here are experienced in the industry so a brief warning would suffice due to the audience being familiar with dealing with such information on a daily basis. If what you report, is indeed a factual report, then those bodies less experienced in dealing with such information and those with the relevant jurisdiction to facilitate some degree of appropriate 'action' to apprehend and help those involved, would benefit from the information, to a greater extent. It's great you wish to warn folks, but if I knew of such atrocities, an internet forum would come second to that of emergency help! Jesus.......'burning babies' ffs...........call the police NOT dick about on the intenet!
