Not used it much but have found this to be very variable-got a couple of good bookings but also found to have little response.
Have found that its best not to leave it too late about 7-10 days ahead?and also to make sure the offer is around the going rate for the area.
Any other tips for getting good bids-got a couple of days in july/aug in mind.
