Point taken and you're absolutely correct! I guess the point I was trying to make is that our police force tend to recruit those who have the gung-ho 'group think' mentality playing follow the leader... Unfortunately that means sometimes it's the blind leading the blind...

My turn to admit that in a group situation there is definitely a follow the leader mentality - what you have to remember is that to some extent the training encourages that mentality, and people who try to think for themselves are discouraged, more for self-preservation of the group as a whole.

Me? I have always been a rebel, and positively revel in it!
