Now gentleman I do not mean in that way!
I never seem to sleep more than 5 or so hours on a night, and often wake up from 5.30am onwards.
I wish I could stay asleep for longer mind you, as I need my beauty sleep.
Any tips please?
I probably am a lost cause though.
It does mean that I have plenty of time to get my chores done, but I still would prefer the lie in.
