It’s best to email AW and let them know about this, there nah be a glitch which they are able to fix on their side.
Other than that, is she updating her profile via the mobile site or the main site? If via the mobile try it via the main site and vice versa. If it still doesn’t work try going through the “Profile Wizard” which can be found by clicked My Details then Edit Profile then Run Profile Wizard that usually sorts out the little glitches. It did when my number wouldn’t display.
