It would appear that David at Istreaming doesn't give a flying fuck that it is affecting us badly. Perhaps We should remind him that 5% of our earnings is paid to him. I emailed him yesterday after a wasted day of constant disconnecting. Below is a copy of my email to him and his rather snotty reply

Hello,
There is little I can do about connection issues. You will need to wait
for it to clear up.
While I would love to have 100% connection ability for everyone, in the
real world of networking this is not possible. Various problems along
the route can come up and since these are routers outside our network
there is nothing we can do from here.
