First booking

Hi guys hope everyone's ok? Well I've done it I've found the girl I wanna book for the first time. Thanx for the advice people have me in previous posts but I could do with some more advice (sorry). I'd like to know if anyone has ever booked somebody and they have been physically shaking with nerves? How can you overcome it? Is it really that easy to tell if your a first timer? Would it be best to dress smart but casual? And does it really bother you ladies if a client shoots their load to early? If I could get a response to this post by as many people as possible I'd really appreciate it. Thanx guys :-)
