I have recently been informed that all my pictures have been used on an escorts profile page on adult work. Leo and behold I logged on and 13 out of 18 pictures were of me. She also used my real name Charlotte-Louise. It happens to be a Facebook friend as that is the only way they would have accessed the pictures they used. He/she used my name, my photos, a different age, a different height and different bust information. Also they are located in another area from where I live. So it really is a case of someone posing as me.
Now as it happens some of the pictures they used are copy written by the photographer that took them, as I am a glamour model.
What are my legal rights?
The person has taken down the account as I lost my rag at the fraud being carried out and sent them numerous messages via text asking why they were doing this as well as putting a very public facebook message up saying I had busted them. However I reacted too quickly as this caused them to scare and take down the profile. Luckily for me I screen shot every aspect of the profile.
Am I able to ask AW for the verification photo to see exactly who it is faking their profile using my pictures?
