We can all learn from each other and diversify. I hate being put in a box and refuse to conform to one thing. If the mood takes me I will make changes and it is far better to make informed changes, than start something from scratch with no prior knowledge.
There is also the aspect of understanding. The more we know about each other and the way our work goes, the more we will (in most cases) respect each other and not make assumptions about each other. It can only be a good thing.
