I have had several failed attempts to gain control of my body. Over 3 years of webcamming pretty much 7 days a week has taken its toll. I have no times for Gyms, literally no time! I tried Curves Gym which was brilliant but even a 30 minutes workout was over an hour by the time I walked there and back!

I tried Dukans Diet which again was amazing in all ways best diet ever but it was costly and too much time cooking!
So once again I am having what I will call a real go. No fancy diets just plain old calorie counting duh! Making the effort to weigh out my food etc and that is going well.
and to exercise I have signed up to the "wobbly machines"

Those vibrating plate things, I got for 10 minutes 6 days a week. I've not been doing it long but I did my research fist and I'm really enjoying.
