I do recall a story where a lady was contacted by a solicitor who was executor of the estate of one of her long time regulars. She was passed an envelope and it contained her normal fee and precise instructions written by the deceased.
She was to turn up at his graveside exactly 24 hours after the funeral, dressed in normal attire, but wearing seamed stockings and suspenders, his particular fetish, and to lay a single rose. That's all.

One final booking between them.

I honestly cannot recall whether she completed his last wish, But I would like to believe she did.
