For some reason I get charged 5op everytime a certain customer sends me an email. I don't get it with any other emails and I never signed up to get alerts or a notification via sms.
I really don't know how it happened, maybe I ticked something by accident. Does anyone know how to stop this . I don't want to pay 50 p everytime he sends me some email.
Please , does anyone have a clue how to stop it ?

I've never paid to be alerted of an email reply, but if you have the general box unticked:
http://www.adultwork.com/MobileActivation.asp ... then I'm wondering whether you have accidentally ticked the box when replying to him once, and then it stayed ticked each time after that? If you open up a window to reply to him, at the bottom of the box where it says "Notify me by free SMS when replied to. Cost: 0.50 credits", is that ticked?
PS: how can a free SMS cost 50p? *scratches head*

I wonder , when I replied to him the first time, maybe I ticked the box at the bottom left by accident. It can be only this one . But how can you undo that ?? I been looking under my send emails, it doesn't show. I never ever had that happen before and its only one customer. I had to block him, because he send lots of useless emails that I am paying for .
I been looking under Mobile Activation
Send me an SMS when I receive a new email from another member. I accept that each message I receive will cost me 0.50 credits. and this is not ticked . Ohh and I looked under New Member Alerts....its empty.
It's strange ! Thanks for you help Scotty

I was wondering if it was automatically ticked each time you reply to him. That's what I meant. Did you open a reply window to see if it's ticked? Otherwise I have no clue lol. Xx

Can you send him a fresh email for him to reply to...in case the charge is connected to the original email rather than him?
