Hi Rox, there were some major problems with them in the New Year...they stopped payment and it wasn't till March that I got my money from them and later than that for some. There some stuff about them on AW's help page...
"We have received several promises that the service will be up and running shortly. For the last 3 months this clearly has not been the case.
Some members are able to use their accounts and we are processing PayToo transfer requests.
We believe that most people will need to be issued with a new PayToo card as their underlying card issuer has changed.
The only way to contact PayToo is via the "Submit a Ticket" link on this page:
http://www.paytoo.com/content/support
We apologise for the unprofessional ism and disregard to it's customers, shown by PayToo."
I switched to Payoneer in Jan and got my card within 2 weeks, had no problems with them and they're much more efficient.

I don't get why more people don't opt for cheques and/or IBAN transfers, everyone has this - you just need to call your bank and ask for it.
The cheques are so reliable and always arrive on time. I really can't sing AW praises any more highly!

Bank charges are greater than Paytoo's, certainly mine are.
The page on AW for inputting bank details is not security protected.
If cheques are lost in the post I think there's a £50 charge for a new one.
Not everyone wants their payment info showing in a bank statement, with Paytoo it's all out of UK jurisdiction and withdrawal in cash.
Paytoo is the best option for me.

They are secure. Not much you can do with basic details except pay money in (ex bank employee)
Stop Escorting Summer 2013 so Book while you still can!
