Hi i popped a por in last night but got nothing today - but it was to be transferred into a different bank account rather than my normal one i left the acc no n sort code in the note section along with the amount but im wondering if i didnt give you enough information -i have asked this question before but cant find it anywhere xx

Hi, I believe the name on the account was missing. Also include the last four digits of the normal account number for security.

Replied to an email about it a moment ago also.
