Other cam models chat rooms

I introduced a friend to be a cam model on AW recently, we used to visit each others cam rooms as company and still chat to each other, I am a member of AW finest performers daily pay and recommended to my friend to also join up... she has now been accepted, but we are unable to visit each other in our chat rooms anymore.. we get a notice saying that we are not permitted to cam with this user... is there a setting that I don't know about to change this?

It could be a security measure on AW's side to prevent the possibility of money laundering.
