Problem with phone verification

I have a new phone number, which I have lifted the adult restriction, so I am free to access 18+ content, and I have tried to verify it three times, but I keep getting a response on my phone that says "Network out of order". MY network works fine, and I have confirmed that there is no restriction on my phone. In the "Edit Profile" section on AW, I removed my phone number, saved my profile, then added the new number and saved profile. Then I responsed to the text message with the exact code that was sent to me, but it just isn't being accepted. Does anyone have any suggestions? I contacted Support via AW, but, as usual, I just got a standard reply telling me to read the Help section, which I did. Thanks!
