but defamation act is the law if you want to take someone to court yourself, its not for police or cps, they wont arrest someone for it. you will be wasting police time saying escorts should go to police for libel. especially at the time for tory cuts to policing.

And even if the website is outside UK, the hate is happening here and the given authorities have their own ways to investigate the hate starters which are UK citizens. The people starting the threads and hate comments there and even revealing info that can be a threat to the people discussed there are serious crimes which can be investigated and punished.

Gosh lots of negativity here. I think Latin lover has done a great job bringing this info to light. I never ever go to that god awful site, but if I did or I were mentioned in there, this is exactly the kind of info I would be digging up myself. People power is a strong force. I have had a site removed from search engines in the past because of stolen content, which was a long and complicated process. I could have given up which would have been easier but it was the principle that kept me going.

If anyone is slandered on this shit hole site, they SHOUlD fight it. Get those twats off their soapbox for good!

I'm not a troll at all. I am a guy who is very concerned about the effects that the horses**t that is put up on that rapists' site can have on ladies who are escorts. And yes, I am angry (FUMING) about it because of the effect it is having on the most wonderful lady I have ever me, who I may not even get to see again because of those degenerates motherf***ers.

And like I already stated, I am not a lawyer but I work with CRIMINAL LAWYERS and the one I spoke with (the best and most experienced where I work, who even drives a Lexus so is far from being a lawyer for poor people) when I mentioned that I knew someone who was being defamed on a website, that the guy who runs it didn't want to take the comments down, and that I thought this breached the Defamation Act 2013 (I SPECIFICALLY mentioned this law) he told me that if the person who operates the website lives in the UK he can be arrested, and for my friend to go to the Police.

He then also told me that the Police may well be able to take the site down via their cyber unit.

That your case wasn't criminal does NOT mean that all of them are civil, and from what the lawyer told me, cases involving these psycho's website are CLEARLY criminal.

You all take it to the website's admin which is not the case. It is not him creating the hate and defamation it is him accepting it and if you take it by law few tens of "criminals" creating the harm in cause.

I agree that he administrator for that site did not start the hate on the case in question, but once this did start he has ensured that it continues and personally contributed to it. I totally agree that there are lots of degenerates on that site creating the harm, but as the abovementioned person is the one running it, ultimately the responsibility falls on him (and the law).

Furthermore, as he did not provide the details of the scumbag who wrote the review to the lady who requested it, he is now become the main culprit, and has breached the Defamation Act 2013.

This guy is so stupid he has even ensured he cannot defend himself as an operator of a website under the abovementioned law, as he has acted with malice (which destroys any defense on this cases), by not only not providing the details of the original 'author' to the lady in question, but by not erasing the 'review' (as I requested) but instead highlighting it and even boasting on the related thread about having done so, and even mentioning personal details of the lady who could identify her or even put her life in danger.

I am about to contact Metropolitan Police directly and to inform them of the situation. Once I have done so I will post a further comment here.

Please don't worry about that at all...I know what you mean...Unfortunately there are indeed many sorry excuses for a man who disrespect ladies on your profession (which is incomprehensible to me to be honest) and many seem to go to that God-awful site....

I think if many of you ladies and guys like me who seem highly of you all (like it SHOULD be) were to report the website in question, it would without a doubt be taken down.
