How to Report UKPunting for Defamation & Abuse & Stop Them (for anyone affected)

I just spoke with a lawyer I know today and he explained to me that that repulsive site can be stopped by contacting Google and asking them to take the place down.

This same lawyer explained to me that if the guy who owns and runs that site lives abroad, direct action by the British Police against him for breaking the Defamation Act 2013 (by posting and allowing to be posted numerous defamatory posts) can not be taken, but foreign law enforcement agencies could, as long as the country is part of the Lugano Convention.

He said to me that if that guy lives in the UK it would be quite simple: any of you ladies who had had any repulsive 'reviews' put on that site would be able to go to the Police who would then arrest him. Unfortunately that man is taking advantage of the law by knowing that by living abroad (the site is registered in Arizona) he can get away with running his sick site, but from what I was told today that is not so....

I ask that please any lady who has had any defamatory 'reviews' or comments put up on that site contacts BOTH Google and CloudFlare (the web hosting company for UKPunting) explaining what that site allows to be published and hopefully if enough of us do so they will take action and take the place down.....

Sites like that should NEVER be allowed to even exist, and we CAN take that disgusting site down for good if enough of us take action. I personally will do it on behalf of a Wonderful lady (an Angel) who has had a repulsive 'review', including the most despicable things included on it, put up and which that guy who runs the site has not only refused to take down alongside the subsequent thread with it but instead has highlighted it.

Justice MUST prevail.

Google can NOT take the site down, all they can do is de list it from their search engine

How do you know who owns the site or where the person lives?

That may help but not always, but it does not hurt to try, if you succeed all that will happen is the site will be backed up and transferred to a place that doesn't care what goes on....

Regarding Google, you may well be right but even if it were to just be delisted it would be a good start I think, as the vast majority of people use Google as a search engine, and thus would not be able to access that site easily...

About where the site is registered, it can be found here: http://whois.domaintools.com/ukpunting.com. This website provides information regarding any website, such as IP address and IP location.

Regarding who the owner is, an absolutely wonderful girl I met contacted him (the only administrator on the site) to have a sick 'review' of her taken off and the guy put a post up saying that since he lived abroad he did not care about potential legal action (that post is still there). I then contacted him twice asking for the same to no avail.

About CloudFlare, again you may well be right but there is a chance that if the owner/main psycho on the site gets too much hassle for running that potential rapists' site he may eventually give up and go back to the cave or prison he escaped from....

However, the Arizona inference is just the hosting ip address, which bears no relevance to the real owner. and if a girl has already contacted the owner threatening legal action he may well have put that post up as a smoke screen.

The reverse to this is usually true, anybody that can be considered a psycho is more likely to see it as a game and will go out of their way to frustrate you, rather than give up.

Personally I just ignore them, they won't go away but i just never bother looking at the site, it really is a question of mind over matter. i don't mind what they say about me because they really do not matter....

What's the big deal? It's a review site. It carries many reviews: some good, some bad, some justified, some not. If you object to a specific review of a specific girl, then your argument is with that reviewer.

So just post a positive review, if you care that much. Many seem to have a mixture of positive and negative reviews, and experienced punters will know that a lot of this is subjective anyhow.

Or do you object to the mere existence of review sites, in principle?

This is not a review site of films or anything else like that: it's a site that slanders PEOPLE, with feelings just like you and me, without any evidence whatsoever to back up ANYTHING they put up there. That some people think that escorts are less than others just because of their profession (while at the same going to see them) just shows their HYPOCRISY & how DISGUSTING these two-faced people are.

For your information, I went there and posted to defend a Wonderful lady I know (who had been attacked in the SICKEST possible way on one of these 'reviews' by a degenerate) and the administrator (clearly a misogynistic scumbag) banned me from the site, TWICE.

In case you don't know escorts are NOT allowed to become members there and thus they cannot even defend themselves from any of the GARBAGE those psychos write on that site.

Now you go and tell me this is fair???? If you think so, you CLEARLY are one of those psychopaths and don't even bother replying to me as I will ignore you. I take my hat off to you as I am pretty sure the guy who runs that site indeed lives in the UK and just says he lives abroad (on a post anyone can see, which just gives himself away) as a smoke screen.

It would make NO sense for that guy to run a website about escorts he cannot even go and degrade in person (which is probably what he does).

IMPORTANT:

Having spoken with the same lawyer for a second time, he told me that actually anyone affected by defamatory and slandering comments on that site (or any site, for that matter) can go to the Police, who will (if the person who runs the site lives in the UK, as this seems to be the case) investigate & arrest him.

I was also told that the cyber division of whichever county's Police may well be able to take the site down. That would be the end of that site for good.

This last link recommends first to contact the administrator of the website, asking for the slandering comment to be taken off, and following inaction by the administrator (very likely from what I found out about him), or even malicious action by him (as taken in the case of a Wonderful lady I know, where the whole thread has been highlighted instead of taken down) to report him to the Police. Malicious action such as the abovementioned would actually make the case against him even stronger, so please don't worry ladies if that was to happen: it would be worse for him.

I encourage any lady affected to please report their case to their nearest Police station, and please bear in mind that selling sex is still legal in England, Wales & Scotland, and thus the Police would not take action against any lady who chooses this profession of their own free will.

Justice must prevail.

libel in the uk is no longer a criminal matter.. it was decriminalised and now a civil matter so the police wouldn't be interested, that i know from experience......
