Group manager disabled transfer credits/restriction on my account

I set up my daily pay last week and was accepted received my first pay last week Wednesday
I worked both Monday and Tuesday and didn't receive my money so emailed them to find out that
My group manager had put a restriction in my account that's enabling them to transfer me my money I don't understand why I have been a member for a good few years and have always used the same bank account I am also a verified member my group manager is adultworks finest performers please help I really need my money and daily pay can't pay until this restriction is lifted I have tried to email my group manager as well!

credits have been disabled says to contract group manager ! and also evey time I try and send a message keeps comeing back

When you're in a group, it's the group manager who sends you funds, you can't request them by yourself directly from AW.

i am trying to transfer credits to my bank account but getting the message that this has been disabled by group manager and contact them

i have been emailing group manager for last 6 days , many emails have been written

but nothing has been done and much to my surprise emails have not even been read

so kindly advice what should i do now

adult work has no control over this issue , they say only group managers can do this
