Hi lolo,

Unfortunately there is no popup feature for notification of private messages, the current notification is a yellow bar that appears at the top of the page.

If you do not receive notification as above then you may need to adjust your messaging and notifcation settings, make sure Alert me with a notice when I receive a Private Massage option is checked, Do it now.
