Ive never been hypnotised. One of my local hairdressers/beauticians offers the gastric band and smoking sessions though and I have thought about it. Not so sure id feel comfortable being hypnotised by a man advertising on an escort site though in all honesty, but the profile does say you can take a chaperone

I tried hypnosis for help quitting smoking.

It didn't work.

I think the fact that I could hear the woman turning the pages of the script she was reading didn't help me to relax and I'm pretty sure that I didn't "go under" so to speak.

My understanding is that some people are just naturally more susceptible to hypnosis than others... perhaps the good Mr EroticHypnotist could enlighten us by expanding on that a bit?

I fell asleep in a yoga class, i reckon id be one of those susceptible! Yes, I really did... that sort of half sleep where you can hear whats going on but you arent properly awake!
