One thing I found works for me if i'm doing free cam is making sure the 'Consumer AV Required: VOD (Movies & DirectCam)' is ticked (General tab of Personal Profile Settings). This stops a lot of the 'quick n dirty' freeloaders as a bit more effort is required by them to become age verified before they are allowed into free cam.
