I was going to ask how long it takes to be approved for the private area, but I got my answer above. lol I completed required steps last week I believe. I am as shy as can be and have a hard time finding topics to comment on. I guess it will be a long time before you all get to know me better. haha

I think the thing to remember is that no one will judge you here. People may disagree or misunderstand, but no one will judge. Hopefully, if you've been reading some of the threads on here you will see that it is a very friendly little forum and bitchiness is rare.

I think one of the good things about this forum in particular is that it is mostly girls here, and most girls have links to their AW profiles, so you kind of know who they all are? And that means that we don't get a lot of mean old trolls out to cause trouble and upset people. We get a few, of course, but if they don't identify themselves pretty quickly then we soon call them out and they get banned pretty sharpish. People find it much easier to be nasty when they are anonymous... but very few are anonymous here.

Katie_Askyn, thank you so much for your kind words. Although I am shy, and I understand exactly what you mean, I'm not quite debilitating shy. My problem is I've always been a loner, and I tend to get embarrassed when put in the spot light, like you would be at school for example, when you have to ask a question.

I understand Classy_Katy's point of view too. (I think we've "met" on a different forum?) A verified section shouldn't be that easy to get into, if we're to keep the trolls out. I will do my best to find posts to contribute to, and I certainly look forward to getting to know everyone here. I didn't mean to imply I wouldn't wish to contribute. More along the lines that I sometimes find it difficult to find threads where I feel I could be helpful, but I can see how that could've come across the wrong way. My partner always tells me I don't communicate clearly enough.

I am somewhat new to the camming world, and VERY new to AW. I tried signing up with them last year but due to my circumstances (born in one place, citizen of another, living in a different country) they kept asking for more proof as to my residence. Last week, I'm not sure what happened (Princess Jenny from Daily Pay may have helped my case, idk) but they finally approved me. Today was the second time logging into cam for me on AW, and I had a few punters stop by. It was less scary than I imagined it.

I took the time to pimp up my profile a little. I didn't mean to be all icognito, just hadn't got around to filling it all out. Last but not least, thank you for the welcome Trinity-Belle. I can certainly tell the atmosphere here is a lot more pleasant and warm than other forums I have visited. Must be the European "je ne sais quoi", overall friendlier than the friendliest North Americans. lol
