I'm totally shocked! I thought I knew about most fetishes, kinks whatever you want to call them and for the most part although some things aren't quite my cup of tea I can appreciate that others may like them but this just takes it to another level!

I have heard of it before, but I thought it was isolated to a small handful of gay bars which cater specifically for HIV+ clientèle... young gay boys (with a bit of a death wish?) go to those bars to get "pozed up".

But this... the idea of HIV+ guys seeking out escorts to have unprotected sex with... that is something else.

As Trinny said, it is well known in some gay communities. Some of those in a relationship with a positive partner seek to contract it as a sign of commitment.

From what I hear there are is the odd (sic) guy putting this kind of thing up for reverse bookings along with all the other whacky stuff about wanting to get a wg pregnant or bringing their pets along!
