hi thanks for that, no it isnt - its purely for a great 'service' , hate that word
and sometimes has had to be an extra payment for postage etc if after bought they wanted special delivery, solved that now by getting them to advise how they want it sent and then alter postage before they buy - phew that was hard to exp-lain
