Dear All

Can you help me please, I've gifted a wishlist item to a lady on AW, which has not arrived, I have tried to raise a query but can not as the order reference number can not be added to the field on the form provided and therefore I can not submit.

I have tried various routes on AW but I have got a response does anyone know who the UK distributor is for the AW sex shop stock.

Thanks for this Admin I have tried both these when I use the AW shop contact form the form will not allow me to select an order from my history to complain about, and therefore I can not issue a form because the info is missing I've only done this twice (made wishlist orders) the first time worked a treat but this is a nightmare, is there no contact number tot eh UK distributor of the AW sex shop

Hi, not that I know of sorry, If support hasnt replied to your ticket from the second link I would send it again. You'll know its been submitted correctly as you'll get a confirmation email back.
