Kids and divorce if webcamming
#1
Hi,

This is my first post and probably a stupid question, but a little advice may help.

I am splitting from my husband and have children, he knows i cam but hates it, so i now lie and say i just do phone sex.

My problem is i know he is going to be nasty when we split and will throw she is a webcam whore into every he can.

I just wondered if anyone has gone threw this and if in our very un-liberal society if i could lose my children just cause i do webcam.

I only do it when they our at school or not around, but when i first did it, i used to while they were asleep.

cheers x

I doubt they would take the children off you, many of the girls on hre are mums too, just keep work n kid separate. It doesn't affect the care of your children as you do it when they are. At school or sound asleep. X

Unfortunately i have had social services around a few times due to spiteful women but on both occasions they were very happy with my situation and the fact that i kept my child away from what i do for a living.

As long as your children are safe and happy they do not care.

There is no reason for social services to be involved as its not illegal to cam.

This is a cut and paste from the most reason version of the sex act 2010

"April 2010

The Sexual Offences Act 2003 changed most sex work laws, and has since been changed further.

Working alone indoors, or for an agency or in a brothel all remain legal. Provided the worker is at least 18, and has not been coerced or deceived into providing the service, buying sex from them is also legal."

Thats if you actually consider webcamming to be selling sex.I dont think it would.

But ,and im at logger heads with the father of my children at the moment so i really really feel you.Is he after the kids?

The last line is by far the most important line about children anywhere I have read

If you go by that you should be okay

Social services views on webcamming n phone sex n escorting .. As long as it isn't when children are at home for webcamming n phone sex all ok evenings when there in bed n ur door has a lock on the inside all ok .... ( so they can't barge in)

Escorting they take a dimer view on as clients can sometimes just pop over so they ask you tell clients never to do this or not work from the house the children live in . But my ex.s ex got reported as she was locking the kids out till midnight (there 8 and 13) social services were called and they didn't take her kids off her ! So I think ur be fine lol also if he goes shouting his mouth off remind him that he was happy to spend your money while you were together , new laws for escorting now do protect the family of a escort and they can no longer be done for living off emoral earnings

So if he or anybody threatens you with social services just log it with the police and do not worry about it, it will eventually be seen as harassment.
