Help! Wheres the text RE payment?

URGENT I 
transferred credits around 2 weeks ago to get a 
Post office payment and still haven't had any sort of confirmation text !? I've tried messaging on the site directly and on Twitter..can you clarify?
The numbers definitely correct..I even added the country code to be clear

Hi, on this page https://www.adultwork.com/CreditsTransferRequests.asp what date does it say it may arrive by?

If the transfer was only 2 weeks ago there is a high chance not enough time has passed yet.

Hi, some more information:

"Any Members using the Post Office (UK Only) transfer option should be aware that the time frame for collecting payments has been been extended from 30 days to 90 days during the next few months; we have been advised this will be in affect until at least September 2020 and there will be no additional cost to yourself. Please ensure your local Post Office is still in operation before requesting a transfer via this method."
