Models from my group remuved from the webcam and phone chat, becouse she have not logget into your account from 60 days. But she worked, just did t clap that she is active on site. we didnt know about it
We deleted her profile an then lost her credits (200).

Pls, tell me, how can we return money?

If the profile was deleted less than 30 days ago you can reactivate it via the log in page here: https://www.adultwork.com/Login.asp

Click "Reactivate Me" and enter the username and password. The account should be reinstated with credits in place.

Hope you get the service provider her 200 credits back. It is not right to delete members' profiles without their express permission, in my opinion.
