You don't have the new version of malwarebytes installed do you?I had to revert to an earlier one because it was screwing the hell out of my cpu and was up to 100%.Click on your resource monitor to see what is running and causing it to do that.......x

Hi, right click on the task bar at the button of your screen (windows users), select task manager and have a nosey at what is causing it to slow down.

Or you could download advanced system care - that will tell you what programs are taking up usage. Generally; before I go on cam, I go into task manager and close down any programs I don't need - like for example Itunes, java update, printer etc. Keeps things more stable. Just don't close down system programs needed to keep your computer running. You might also find it useful to do a disk defrag in case there's "crap bytes" slowing things down.
