Customers having trouble coming into Private on cam - sultryshelley - 22-11-2016
Hi all
I was hoping there may be someone here with a little more knowledge than me!
I have had a couple of men recently come into group and say that they can't come into private mode. I have asked them both if there is a message displayed when they try to go private and apparently it is something like "chat room closed"
I know for absolute certain in one case that I wasn't in a group session at the time he tried to go private (he was my first caller of the night and he came into group after he had already tried to go private). The only way I could rectify this and enable him to go pvt was to log off and turn off the group option, which worked but is obviously not at all ideal.
Just wondering if any one on here knew why this is happening and if there is a way to fix it!
