An escort told me that she started escorting after reading Belle De Jour.
Another escort (who was already escorting) has decided to watch the tv adaptation.
If we stick to the UK, I don't think many wanted to be an escort after seeing "Band of Gold", "Stella Does Tricks" or "Mona Lisa"
So did Belle De Jour have any influence on you starting escorting?

The answer for me is No, as all but one of these were made long after I started to "sell myself" and I did not see Mona Lisa till many years later.
