Can we unblock a customer? - MadameSays - 17-10-2015
Dude learnt his lesson and I'd like to unblock him but I have no idea if you can since all emails are removed once you block someone.

Never mind, yes we can, just searched the help section on AW hehe!

Hi, To view blocked members, click on Blocked Senders from your Emails section.
To unblock members, click on Blocked Senders (from your Emails section), then click on Unblock against the member who you wish to unblock.
