After reading a lot of profiles it seems more to be services offered "at discretion" are in all reality services offered as extras.
Not saying everyone does it, but quite a few profiles definitely give that impression.

Yes, there have been a few ladies I have met who offer OWO or CIM at discretion, and when you ask about it you get the reply that it is an extra £xx
Some of the profiles list just about everything as "at discretion" when you read the profile further you can find price lists for all the discretionary items.

I like to have discretion, as there are somethings that are governed by lots of different variables and you just can't guarantee it. I suppose for me it is admitting that I may not be able to do it and not to expect it, but it does not mean no or I would not have ticked it and no it has nothing to do with charges

we have to have at discretion because not all of the clients are as clean and as wholesome as perhaps they could be and sometimes it is just not practical to have anal sex with a guy who id hung like a horse

I do appreciate that, and I'm not saying every escort on AW is guilty of it, but there are some that just use it as an enticement "look I do this" but neglect to mention it costs more till you are in the bedroom.

I know that some men like to confirm things like this over the phone before booking. There is no harm in asking politely.

I think my only at discretion thing is anal.
Not because I would charge extra for it, but sometimes when you see a man with a big one you just know that is not going near!
Also I say it as sometimes I just do not fancy doing it.
