I just tried to log in to AW, and got the message
"Your IP address is blocked"
Any ideas why, their help function doesn't come up with an answer

It's OK, I got in by resetting my router, though I would like to know why they blocked my IP address?

Are you on a fixed IP? Have you tried logging in from a smartphone that has it's wifi disconnected so it's 3GS?
If you are on a fixed IP ask for it to be changed - and if so what naughty things have you been up to
lol - has anyone been malicious and reported you perhaps? 
You need to establish if it's your account too or just the IP - if you have a rolling IP switch off your router for 5mins and back on and it should procure a new one!
There are services out there that bounce your ip google BNC and you can find means to log in under a different IP!

I was using mobile internet, I always do. It isn't a fixed IP address.
Haven't upset anyone, and as I said, after resetting the connection (thereby refreshing the IP) it connected OK.
