Hi all
ive just realised, ive two pending tranfers that should be in my bank today, but havent gone in. what can i do about this. any advice would be great . xxx

If you click on the AW current status on the home page here, you will see that it was a bank holiday in Ireland yesterday, so bank transfers will be a day late, so you should get them tomorrow.

Have they changed their payment processors? They used to be done in Canada I thought.

This is what is on AW current status page:
Monday June 2nd 2014, is a statutory holiday in Ireland where our EU and UK Bank transfers are processed from.
These payment files normally submitted on a Monday will be processed Tuesday 3rd June when their offices reopen for business.
Please expect a 1 day delay over and above normal receipt and confirmation times for ESP /SEPA Bank transfers and Faster Payment UK Bank transfers W/C 2/6/2014.
We apologise if this bank holiday does not coincide with one in your country and proves inconvenient

I thought they were done in Canada too.. Before I signed up for DP I had a cheque sent from AW which was stamped on the envelope airmail Canada.. Was a Natwest cheque mind..

I know I said that, I've asked/mentioned it a few times before but no one has ever responded, so I still don't know!
Initially I thought it might have been Colin (who runs this site & DP) might be doing the pay for AW now but then the Bank Holiday was in the Republic of Ireland on Monday not Northern Ireland.. where Colin is (& is therefore in the UK and does not share the same June BH as ROI).

Ahh fair enough - Colin is pretty fast with all the transfers when you think about how many he actually does everyday
- well as I was just trying to contact AW, it made me giggle at where it says contact us, the address you send your query to is actually in Malta! Seems they're all over the place
