well none of the guys i work with have ever told me about toilet masturbation- and we are not exactly quiet about what we get up to (except when it's with each other).... i guess it depends on office size too... after all mine is quite large so less likely you'd want to with the toilets being almost always occupied and i'd notice if some of them were away from their desks for that long (unless they really can do it in the same time they would go for a wee)
