Hi, I was able to enter "Strawberryblonde1234", 4 more than needed so it should be able to take the full username, not sure whats happened sorry.
Your email address should let them know its you from the form yes.

Thanks yes they figured it out, all sorted now.
I tried same number of characters and more, but when I typed Strawberryblonde it would not go any further than d, very odd.

Please can someone help, I tried to change my email address but entered the wrong one and got logged our, I can't log back in and when I try using the email I changed it too it says my email is invalid? I've been locked out for over a month now can anyone help please? I've submitted multiple forms and emails and had no response. I also can't get through on the landlines it says its closed
