its common sence to go to a gum clinic at least once every 6 months for a bloke and for a working girl 3 montly or monthly if you have the time xx
Altho i guess for a bloke it hurts a bit lol

I would definitely recommend getting one before you see any girls, then at least 6 monthly, or 3 monthly depending on how many girls you come into contact with. I might even be tempted to go after a party.

both melinda u can pay if u want to go private but it is included on the nhs
