I think it comes from men that have visited parlour girls at some point, as they are restricted to what they can do and they are the ones with the 'extras' as a rule. I'm not saying it is a bad thing, but that is how parlours tend to work.
Most Escorts don't charge for extras, unless it is something over and above 'normal' sex, so it will likely be something of the past in the future, as more and more ladies branch out to go Indie.

In using a line - It takes me all night to do what I used to do all night - it would be a bonus if I came more than once in a meet. I have read many profiles on AW in the past where the girl or pimp specifies a come once rule. It is rare for Indies to put such a restriction on.
