Thank you for the heads up am not surprised considering revenue is going down they are thinking of ways means to justify the lack of service as the server has been unreliable this new platform is rather questionable as their fee increase at Christmas question is what about the traffic and lack of reliability...sorry for the vent as it is not aimed at anyone but AW.

I don't know how they dare to increase fees when the drop in revenue is down to their failings to address the constant tech problems.

Has the fee already been implemented? I guess we shall have to increase our rates again to compensate ... the direct cam broadcaster still seems to be intermittent of late - sometimes it works fine -then other times the site is slow and I'm unable to log onto the broadcaster...xxx I wish AW had stuck to using justcamit . That was brilliant and rarely had any issues. x . oh those days when you could guarantee you could log on and be busy with lots of traffic and rarely any outages....
