Had a booking over the phone today with kinkykhloe. She confirmed a hotel room, I turn up not knowing there is a lad with an axe hiding in the bathroom. Took the money and asked for to leave. How do I go about this?

Hi, report to the police is the only thing possible I believe. If booked through the AW site, negative feedback to warn others.
