I've had several guys say there isn't an option to go private when they're on mobile... is this true?

Got a friend to try and join my room via mobile and it just kept saying "video chat session has closed".... got good internet so it can't be that
anyone have any ideas??

If your bandwidth is too low you won't be accessible to mobile and tablet users.
