I had a Skype session two days ago and my regular paid 83.00 credits, it says on the statement (was: 83.00) now it is 73.89
Has anyone else had that before?

I do know that if we miss a booking request and the member rebooks for say 5 mins later that the system seems to automatically set the credits offered as lower than the first time.I have no idea why that happens but I always put the original amount in again as my rates are very reasonable as it is........x
I think they give you this money back, I think it comes up on your statement with the rest of the credits

Really?Well i always put the original price before doing any session.If a regular is strapped one week and they ask if I will do the session for xx amount instead then I likely will.It is the members whom I have never spoke to and offer ridiculously low amount of credits that usually get blocked.....x
