Hi, what size is the video file? I had a member trying to upload a 2 minute video at 2gbs. Not sure how they got the file that big to begin with.

240,139,810 bytes (252.7 MB on disk)

that's the size from my info. so how do I resize to fit AW? funny how I've got 3 movie clips uploaded which I did last year - must have been a fluke. just want to add more now.

would really appreciate some help
Hi, windows movie maker I think is a good all rounder, you can specify the size you want.

There may be more up to date software nowadays.

It would be over 12 credits for that 30 second clip at its current size.

Well thanks. But I use mac and the issue is it's not uploading so I guess I will just resize using mac software I guess. Any other tips welcome.
hi still an't upload and its now only 69 mb. Any help you can give me?
I video myself on my phone, log in to AW on my phone and upload using Aurigma Up..
First I use the (free) app 'VidCompact' to compress the file to the one it suggests..
I don't use my laptop for secrecy reasons - don't know if this helps you at all or anyone else!
Hi, use www.wetransfer.com and send to admin@dailypayservice.com along with your username and description.

Thanks
How long is the file taking to upload? AW times out and will happily log you out after 20mins of inactivity even if you're actively uploading a movie.

Moviemaker is the best and save it as a wmv loads much faster.
