My first account wasn't controlled by me I didn't have access to passwords so when I tried to create my own independent account it got deactivated within the day how can I create an account that will be my one and only account and remove any previous accounts that I don't have access too which are using my passport as verification?

I'd email Adultwork with the old usernames and ask if they would deactivate them. Even if you could manage to gain access to one, you can change the username under the Registration Details tab. I don't think you'd need to start a whole new profile... Unless it was a couples profile.
