Although my profile is verified , it does not allow me change the services offered 
It says "you are not permitted change the services offered at this time "
Can anyone tell me why please ?

It sounds as though your profile is being monitored; do you have a Business Advisor or Group Manager? If so, their site/profile will be able to explain the reasons why this could be the case.
