I have it on my profile that I am looking for places to use to work from, not that I am doing that much adult work these days, but when I do it is not usually in my local area.
Just had a response from a guy who offered me a few properties but said "minimum rental price for fully furnished apartment is £4600 pcm for two bedrooms (Slough town centre) and £8600 pcm for 4-bedroom house (Uxbridge, Reading or Gerard’s cross)"
Wonder what planet he lives on?

Decimal point possibly in the wrong place there.
A mortgage would be cheaper.

I know it's not your stomping ground but you could get a studio/one bed in central London for less than that so surely they'd be cheaper where your looking and given want you want the place for wouldn't more than one bedroom be superfluous, I know a certain property site that I won't mention here does advertise places in two apartment buildings in London which are notorious for naughty goings on. Doesn't SAAFE have an area for advertising lets as well.
I'm sure if the places were that awesome he would not be spamming with unsolicited mail!
My places are always over subscribed without having to resort to such practices. But then, I am charging Chelsea prices for apartments actually in Chelsea, not Slough!
You could hire a nice villa here in Spain, plenty of work, take a week out, a working holiday once a month.
I'd sort it all out for you & put you in contact with a few people with lovely properties, swimming pools etc, 800 a month! You could make your money back on 1 gangbang, do 2 or 3 in the week you're here & your quids in
