Yes, just noticed on AW it's saying that there have been SMS delivery issues recently and we may receive a backlog of status notifications. Hope this is getting sorted as I keep missing these phone bookings because of it!

Thank you for your email. Unfortunately there are ongoing issues that are out of our control. The gateway we use to send SMS messages is experiencing intermittent faults.

Engineers are working on the problem. We will update you if/when we get more information.

hi gals , my phone has been buzzing with all the texts I have missed , so it looks like it has been fixed, I wonder if we can be given some free credits FROM AW themselves lol because it does effect us lasses business when bookings, directchat and directcam have issues ....I appreciate some issues are out of AW's control and its the best site to work on ,
